Lefse is a true Norwegian melt-in-your-mouth delicacy,
made primarily of potatoes. It is a soft pastry,
generally buttered, sprinkled with sugar, rolled up and

will undoubtedly comply with a smile when taking your
first and remaining bites of this much desired treate.
Lefse can be eaten with meals or as a snack. You will

Old Lutheran is hosting
an Open House. Visit our warehouse and see where we
print shirts and fill orders. Special treats will be
available and all items will be available for sale. In
addition, we will have a special garage sale with
discontinued items and slight imperfections.
Our open house is the same weekend as the Concordia
College (Moorhead) Christmas Concert.
