Shipping Deadlines
The number one question of the week has been, "When will I get my order?" Here is a handy little chart for you to print out and post on your refrigerator along with all your other important reminders. We have even allowed enough room for you to write in the worship schedule at your church.

at 11:59 p.m. CDT		 Your order should arrive by December 22nd using UPS Ground.
Monday, December 18th
at 11:59 p.m. CDT		 Your order should arrive by December 22nd using UPS 3 Day Select.
Tuesday, December 19th
at 11:59 p.m. CDT		 Your order should arrive by December 22nd using UPS 2nd Day Air.
Wednesday, December 20th
at 11:59 p.m. CDT		 Your order should arrive by December 22nd using UPS Next Day Air.

Orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving your order on business days. Orders placed on the weekend ship on Monday. We ship UPS ground or USPS unless an expedited method (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) has been selected. View the ground shipping map below to determine normal time in transit from Moorhead, MN  56560 to you. If there will be a delay in filling your order, you will be notified via email.  Please update your address book to accept emails from customerservice@oldlutheran.com. 
 

Note: Shipments to Canada are shipped air mail via USPS. The USPS says that shipments to Canada will take 4-6 business days. However, please note that customs may delay your package. Every effort is made on our part to ship your order within 24 hours.
