Rice Krispie Rollups A new version on an old favorite - Special K Bars
Servings: 12 | Prep Time: 10-15 minutes

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1 - 10oz. pkg marshmallows
1/3 cup peanut butter
6 cups Rick Krispies Cereal
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup butterscotch chips


Directions
  1. Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper, lightly spray the waxed paper and set aside.
  2. In a large microwaveable bowl, combine marshmallows, butter and peanut butter.
  3. Microwave 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows are melted, mix together until smooth and then stir in cereal until well coated.
  4. Spread flat in prepared pan lined with waxed paper.
  5. In microwavable dish combine chips.
  6. Microwave for 1 minute until melted, (microwave longer if needed, stir until smooth.
  7. Spread mixture over cereal to within 1 inch of edge.
  8. Roll up jelly roll style, starting with the long side, peeling wax paper away while rolling, place seam side down and wrap roll with waxed paper and refrigerate until hard.
  9. Cut into slices, any size you want.
  10. Refrigerated until ready to serve.
